JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Lead Generation Virtual Assistant (Remote)
About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to help grow our business by identifying and qualifying potential clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in researching prospects, building lead lists, and supporting outreach campaigns.

Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and other online platforms.
Build and maintain accurate lead lists in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
Verify contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers.
Qualify leads based on our target customer profile.
Manage and update CRM records with accurate data.
Support email outreach and follow-up campaigns.
Track lead generation metrics and provide weekly progress reports.
Perform other administrative tasks related to sales and marketing as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Lead Generation VA or in a similar role.
Strong internet research and data entry skills.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar lead generation tools is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cold email outreach.
Basic understanding of B2B sales and marketing.
Knowledge of automation tools such as Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, or Zapier is an advantage.
