Type: Fully Remote
Rate: $7 – $10/hour, depending on experience
Position: Construction Project Manager (Remote)
Schedule: US Business Hours

Need someone to run residential and commercial construction projects remotely — remodels and new builds. You'll manage schedules, read plans, put together estimates, and keep contractors/subs on track without me babysitting it.

Requirements:
*Experience managing both residential and commercial construction — remodeling and new construction
*Can read architectural, structural, and MEP plans and actually catch issues
*Can build accurate cost estimates on your own, not just plug numbers into a template
*Comfortable running multiple active projects at once without dropping balls
*Strong written/verbal English — you'll be coordinating contractors and subs remotely, no site visits
*Organized and documentation-heavy — contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, meeting notes, all kept current

Nice to Have:
-Experience managing projects for a real estate investment/development/holding company
-Familiar with Procore, Buildertrend, or similar
-Both ground-up and renovation experience
-Experience managing on-site teams remotely across different locations
