Mortgage Lead Generation Specialist (Virtual Assistant)
???? Remote | Paid Part-Time Training | Full-Time Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Mortgage Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our mortgage and real estate business.
This role is NOT for someone who only works company-provided leads. We are looking for a proactive professional who can consistently generate qualified mortgage and real estate leads through multiple channels and has a proven track record of delivering results.

*Key Responsibilities
-Generate your own mortgage and real estate leads using proven strategies.
-Source leads through social media, Facebook groups, LinkedIn, networking, cold calling, SMS, email marketing, online -communities, referrals, public records, and other effective platforms.
-Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified borrowers, homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate prospects.
-Conduct outreach and qualify leads..
-Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities.
-Meet weekly and monthly lead generation goals.

*Qualifications
? 2+ years of mortgage or real estate lead generation experience.
? Proven ability to generate leads independently from multiple platforms.
? Experience with outbound prospecting, social media lead generation, email marketing, and cold outreach.
? Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
? Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented.
? Experience using CRM systems and lead generation tools.
