JOB OVERVIEW

Part-Time YouTube Thumbnail Designer (Long-Term)

I'm looking for a talented YouTube thumbnail designer for a long-term collaboration on one of my YouTube channels.

What You'll Be Doing
Designing high-CTR YouTube thumbnails.
Around 3–4 thumbnails per week.
I'll provide the video title and any necessary context.
Please study the thumbnail style of this YouTube channel before applying: ----------

The goal isn't to copy the thumbnails, but to create designs with a similar level of quality and click-through rate.

The Most Important Part of This Role
Creating thumbnails that grab attention and maximize click-through rate (CTR).
Understanding what makes viewers click.
Following the overall style of the reference channel while bringing your own creativity.
Delivering clean, professional designs on time.

Important Notes (Please Read Carefully)
You must be communicative and respond quickly.
You must be fluent in English.
You must be reliable and straightforward.
Experience designing YouTube thumbnails is required.

Availability
Part-time position.
Long-term collaboration.
If we work well together, I have multiple YouTube channels we can work on together.
Payment

Pay: $5 - 7 per thumbnail.

As we continue working together and you consistently deliver high-quality work, I'm happy to increase your rate over time.

We're preferably looking for someone mature and experienced.

We welcome talented thumbnail designers from anywhere in the world to join our team.
