ABOUT THE ROLE

We connect independent recruiters with companies that are actively hiring. Once a recruiter signs on, you are the person who keeps them happy, keeps them informed, and makes sure they get everything they paid for.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Onboard new clients and get them set up properly
Be the main point of contact for every client
Deliver introductions to clients and follow up to confirm they landed well
Run regular check in calls and keep clients updated on progress
Spot problems early and fix them before they become complaints
Keep clear records of every client, every introduction, and every conversation

REQUIREMENTS

At least 5 years in client success, account management, or customer facing work
Clear, confident spoken and written English
Genuinely organised, you will be tracking many clients at once
Comfortable on video calls with business owners
Reliable internet and a quiet working space
Able to work independently without heavy supervision
