We're looking for an experienced Systems & Automation Manager to lead our Technical Team function.
This is a leadership role first and a technical role second. we're looking for someone who can lead technical specialists, simplify complex systems, improve operational discipline, and ensure the business runs on reliable, scalable infrastructure.

What We Offer
- Up to $2,000 USD/month OTE (base salary + monthly KPI bonus), depending on experience

About the Role
You'll lead our IT or Technical Team, responsible for the systems every department relies on—from Airtable and workflow automations to dashboards, internal tools, technical support, and business infrastructure.
This role is about leading people, improving systems, and removing operational bottlenecks.
You won't be expected to build every automation yourself. Instead, you'll guide the team, review technical work, improve workflows, and ensure projects are delivered reliably and on time.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the IT team
- Set priorities, remove blockers, and improve team accountability
- Build a culture where issues are raised early and solved quickly
Oversee and improve Business Systems:
* Airtable
* Workflow automations (Make & n8n)
* Dashboards and reporting
* Internal platforms
* User access and security
* Technical documentation
* Help Desk operations
* Process Improvement
* Simplify workflows instead of adding unnecessary complexity
* Evaluate build vs. buy before introducing custom solutions
* Improve documentation and reduce dependency on individual tea
* Design systems that scale with the business
Technical Delivery:
* Review technical solutions and workflow design
* Coordinate implementation with the technical team
* Ensure projects are completed on time and meet business requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Atleast 2+ years experience managing a IT, technical, systems, automation, or infrastructure team
- Strong workflow design and process improvement experience
- Experience leading technical specialists rather than acting as the primary developer
- Ability to improve operational efficiency through better systems and team management
- Working familiarity with: Airtable, Make, n8n, Supabase
- AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
- Nice to have: Notion Automations hands-on experience

* Performance goals and KPI targets are reviewed monthly with the COO.
Additional Information:
- Fully remote, full-time position
- Schedule 9AM to 6PM Philippine Time
- Fluency in English is required
