About us

We are a growth company in Web3 and iGaming / Slot. We work with global KOLs, MCNs, agents, and affiliate partners.

Our internal team will handle:
• KOL research and screening
• Initial outreach
• Scheduling commercial meetings (calls / video meetings)

We are hiring one person whose main job is to ATTEND these meetings ON BEHALF OF OUR COMPANY and negotiate until all cooperation details are agreed.

Your main job

When our team books a commercial meeting with a KOL, agent, or MCN, you will:

1. Join the meeting on time (video or voice)
2. Represent our company professionally
3. Present the campaign proposal we provide
4. Negotiate all commercial terms, including:
- Price / rate
- Deliverables (content format, posting schedule, platforms)
- Payment terms
- Hybrid / CPA / CPS structures when applicable
- Repeat collaboration and long-term partnership options
5. Answer questions, handle objections, and push toward a clear agreement
6. Send a written recap after the meeting (terms agreed + next steps)
7. Follow up until the deal is fully confirmed and ready for execution

You are the company’s face in the meeting. Our team supports you with proposals, background info, and internal approval — but YOU lead the conversation and drive the deal to close.

What you do NOT need to do

• Find KOL lists from scratch
• Send mass cold emails or cold DMs
• Book meetings (our team schedules them for you)

Your focus is 100% on showing up, negotiating well, and closing.

Requirements

• Excellent English — very fluent, natural, and confident in live video/voice meetings (required)
• Strong professional presence — well-presented on camera, clear communication, trustworthy image
• Female candidates preferred for this client-facing representative role
• Based in the Philippines, available full-time
• Flexible schedule for meetings across different time zones (including evenings when needed)
• 2+ years experience in BD, account management, KOL/influencer commercial talks, affiliate, crypto, or iGaming
• Experience discussing CPA, CPS, hybrid deals, or repeat KOL partnerships is a strong plus
• Able to take brief notes during calls and write clear follow-up summaries in English
• Stable internet, quiet workspace, professional background for video calls

Ideal candidate

You are comfortable representing a company in front of KOLs and agents. You can explain an offer clearly, negotiate calmly, and close details without needing someone else on every call. You treat each meeting as a real business negotiation, not a casual chat.

Hiring process

Step 1 — Application review
We review your CV, photo, and English video intro.

Step 2 — Live mock negotiation (required)
Shortlisted candidates will join a live video call with our team. You will role-play as our company representative in a sample KOL / agent negotiation (e.g. rate discussion, deliverables, CPA/CPS terms). This is to test your English, confidence on camera, and negotiation style.

Step 3 — Paid trial period (required before full offer)
Candidates who pass the mock call will enter a paid trial period (typically 2 weeks).

During the trial you will:
• Join real or simulated KOL meetings scheduled by our team
• Represent the company using our proposals and talking points
• Send post-meeting recaps in English
• Receive feedback after each call

Our management may join some calls to evaluate your performance. Trial compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

Step 4 — Full-time offer
If the trial goes well, we will extend a long-term full-time offer with base pay plus commission on closed deals.

Salary and full compensation package will be discussed during the interview and before the trial period starts.
