About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Business Growth Consultant to identify businesses that could benefit from our platform and services.

Rather than selling one product, you'll identify problems businesses have and introduce them to solutions that genuinely help them grow.

This is a results-driven role with uncapped commission.

We don't monitor hours.

We care about results.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be finding businesses that:

- Don't have a website
- Have an outdated website
- Still rely on pen and paper
- Use spreadsheets to manage customers
- Miss phone calls
- Reply manually to enquiries
- Have no CRM
- Don't automate follow-ups
- Don't use AI
- Spend too much time on admin
- Lose leads because they forget to follow up
- Have poor online reviews
- Have no booking system
- Have no sales pipeline
- Want to grow but don't have systems in place

Your job is simply to start conversations and book appointments for our team.

We're looking for someone who:

Speaks excellent English
Enjoys talking to business owners

Learns quickly
Doesn't need constant supervision
Is hungry to earn commission
Enjoys solving problems
Can confidently start conversations
Experience in cold outreach, lead generation or sales is a bonus—but attitude is more important.

Pay
Basic Salary
$110 USD per month

Commission
You'll receive $75 commission for every client that signs up through your outreach.
There is no limit to how much you can earn.
The better you perform, the more you earn.

How Success Is Measured

Since this is a remote role, we don't track hours.
Instead, we measure:
Businesses researched
Qualified leads found
Outreach completed
Positive replies
Discovery calls booked
Clients signed
Monthly recurring revenue generated
