JOB OVERVIEW

bout the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated, hungry, and energetic Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our growing team. If you have a passion for sales, excellent conversational English skills, and a strong drive to succeed, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Your main focus will be contacting potential clients, pitching our value, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.

Engage prospects, overcome objections, and set up qualified appointments.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and lead information.

Meet and exceed weekly appointment targets.

Requirements:

Fluent English with minimal accent (excellent verbal communication skills).

Previous experience in cold calling, B2B/B2C sales, or appointment setting.

Resilience, high energy, and a positive "go-getter" attitude.

A quiet home-office environment, stable high-speed internet connection, and a noise-canceling headset.

Working Hours: Must be able to work Miami Time (EST/EDT), starting at 9:00 AM.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week.

Compensation & Perks:

Base Salary: $400 per month to start, with guaranteed base pay increases over time based on your performance and tenure.
