About Us:
We're a housing organization acquiring investment properties in Chicago and Northwest Indiana. We need outreach specialists to work our buyer and seller pipelines through high-volume daily calling.

The Role:
You'll make 30–50+ outbound calls per day from our CRM, qualify leads, update records, and schedule follow-ups. You'll be contacting investors, buyers, and property owners to gather information and move deals forward.

Requirements:
1+ year experience in cold or warm calling (real estate experience a plus)
Clear, professional English with a neutral or American-friendly accent
Comfortable with high-volume calls, objections, and voicemails
Detail-oriented with accurate data entry
Self-motivated, able to work independently
Quiet workspace, reliable internet, headset
Familiar with ClickUp preferred
