JOB OVERVIEW

We are a well-established physical therapy clinic near Chicago (10+ years, 15+ staff) that helps seniors with Parkinson's, stroke recovery, and balance problems. We already have a team of excellent Filipino VAs — some have been with us for years — and we pay reliably every week via Wise.

We're hiring ONE full-time appointment setter. Your job: call the new leads generated by our Facebook and Google ads (these are people who ASKED for information — not cold lists), follow up with warm leads, handle their questions and objections, and book them for an evaluation at our clinic. You'll work inside GoHighLevel with a proven call playbook, daily coaching, and a supportive team.

THE PAY: $6–$7/hr base depending on experience, PLUS $25 commission for every evaluation you book that shows up. Our target is 3–4 evaluations per week, so a good setter adds $400–$500+/month on top of base. Top performers earn more. If you're a real closer, this is designed so you win.

SCHEDULE: US Central Time business hours (night shift in the Philippines), Monday–Friday.

REQUIREMENTS — please do not apply unless ALL are true:

2+ years of outbound phone sales or appointment setting for US customers, with results you can talk about specifically (dials/day, booking rates)
Excellent spoken English — confident and clear on the phone with older American customers
Quiet, dedicated workspace with backup internet and backup power
Comfortable with commission-based upside and daily performance scorecards
We use screenshot-based time tracking (TimeProof) — if that's a problem, don't apply
