JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Content & Upload Assistant to help organize and upload building materials to our Shopify website.

Your responsibilities include:

Review manufacturers' catalogues, brochures, price lists, and technical datasheets.
Organize products into the correct categories.
Prepare product titles, specifications, and descriptions.
Organize product images, PDF catalogues, installation guides, and warranties.
Upload products, images, and PDF documents to Shopify.
Assign the correct product categories, tags, collections, and brands.
Ensure all product information is accurate and consistent.
Report missing information or errors to the team.
Requirements
Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms is preferred.
Good English reading and writing skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Able to organize large amounts of product information.
Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience with building materials or construction products is an advantage but not required.
Fast learner and able to follow instructions.
