JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

I'm building Lato Atlas—an ecosystem that helps people discover where they belong in the world through interactive maps, books, quizzes, videos, and future podcast/radio projects.

I already have the strategy.

I use AI to generate content plans, captions, outreach emails, and detailed task instructions.

I'm looking for someone who enjoys executing those plans accurately, improving systems over time, and helping turn ideas into consistent published content.

This is a long-term role for someone who is organized, dependable, curious, and comfortable learning new software and AI tools.

What You'll Do
1. Create Short Videos
Turn interviews and podcasts into vertical clips using Opus Clip or similar software.
Improve captions, hooks, trimming, and cover frames.
Finish editing in CapCut (or similar).
Prepare content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

Goal: 3–5 finished clips each week.

2. Create Map Videos

I'll provide:

Click-by-click instructions
A recorded voiceover

You'll:

Screen-record the Lato Atlas map
Edit everything into polished vertical videos
Add captions
Create cover images

Smooth recordings matter much more than fancy editing.

3. Publish Content
Schedule approved posts
Publish across social platforms
Participate in selected Facebook groups using my ---------- -written answer library
Log every post in a shared spreadsheet
4. Media Research & Outreach Support

This is the most important part of the role.

You'll help build media relationships by:

Researching television stations, podcasts, newsletters, and other media outlets
Identifying the correct producers or hosts
Verifying contact information
Sending approved outreach emails
Tracking every interaction

You will never write pitches.

You will never reply to media contacts.

Anything that isn't already scripted comes directly to me.

5. Weekly Reporting

Every Friday you'll send a brief report including:

Content published
Performance numbers
Outreach completed
Blockers
What you need fro ----------
What you'll work on next week

I don't expect perfection.

I do expect communication.

Hours
20 hours/week for the first four weeks.
If we're a good fit, the role increases to 30 hours/week during a defined media outreach project.
After that, it settles into 15–20 hours/week on an ongoing basis.

I'm looking for someone who wants to grow with this project over the long term.
