JOB OVERVIEW

Affiliate Outreach Virtual Assistant

Purpose Labs is looking for a reliable Affiliate Outreach Virtual Assistant to help grow our affiliate program by recruiting creators, influencers, and online partners.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential affiliates, including creators, influencers, coaches, bloggers, and website owners who align with our brand.
• Conduct daily outreach through Instagram, TikTok, email, and other social media platforms.
• Send personalized direct messages and emails to potential affiliate partners.
• Follow up with interested creators and answer basic questions about our affiliate program.
• Help onboard new affiliates and guide them through the signup process.
• Track outreach activity, conversations, and results using Google Sheets or CRM tools.
• Provide daily updates on outreach numbers, responses, and affiliate signups.

Requirements:

• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with creators through Instagram, TikTok, email, and social media platforms.
• Experience with outreach, sales, lead generation, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Strong research skills and ability to find qualified prospects.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage follow-ups.
• Reliable internet connection and consistent availability.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
