JOB OVERVIEW

Senior Video Editor & Graphic Designer for Australian Hospitality Agency (Full-Time, Immediate Start)

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Salary: PHP 90,000 to 130,000/month for the right person, based on skill and portfolio
Schedule: At least 4 hours of overlap with Melbourne time (AEST), Monday to Friday
Start date: ASAP. We are hiring quickly and will move fast for the right application

About us

Tableside is a Melbourne-based growth agency that works exclusively with restaurants, bars, and hospitality venues. We run paid ads, content, and websites for some of Australia's best venues. You'll be working directly with the founder and our creative team, producing work that goes live in front of real audiences every week.

The role

You'll be our senior creative, owning video and design output across our client accounts. This is not a junior editing seat. We're looking for someone who can take a brief and deliver polished, high-performing creative without hand-holding.

Video editing: Short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Meta ads. Cutting raw venue footage into punchy, scroll-stopping content. Captions, sound design, pacing, hooks.
Graphic design and ad creative: Static ad creatives, social tiles, menus, flyers, and quick-turnaround assets from a clear brief.
Bonus (not required): Updating landing pages and websites (Webflow or similar). If you can do this too, tell us. It's a genuine advantage.

Important: you must be strong at BOTH video editing and graphic design. This is mandatory. Please don't apply if you only do one.

You must have

- 4+ years editing short-form video (Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
- Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop minimum, Figma a plus)
- A portfolio showing both video and design work
- Reliable internet, your own equipment, and availability during Melbourne business hours
- Excellent written English and the ability to work from a brief without hand-holding

Preferred

- Agency experience, especially juggling multiple client accounts and deadlines
- After Effects / motion graphics
- Experience with food, restaurant, or hospitality content
- Webflow, WordPress, or basic landing page skills
