We are expanding rapidly and looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and creative Virtual Assistant / Marketing Specialist to help manage our customer nurturing, automated campaigns, and internal marketing efforts using ServiceTitan and complementary tools.

If you love setting up email/SMS workflows, building targeted customer audiences, tracking campaign performance, and helping an home-services business build lasting customer loyalty, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
ServiceTitan Marketing Pro: Set up, launch, and manage targeted email and SMS campaigns within ServiceTitan (Marketing Pro experience is a major plus!).

Customer Nurturing & Automation: Build multi-touch email sequences, follow-up automations, seasonal promotions, and lost-customer re-engagement campaigns.

Audience Segmentation: Filter customer databases to send hyper-relevant offers based on service history, equipment age, and customer type.

Reputation & Review Management: Help manage post-service review requests and customer appreciation efforts.

Analytics & Reporting: Track open rates, click-through rates, revenue generated, and ROI on marketing campaigns to continuously optimize results.

Cross-Tool Integration: Help manage email marketing, CRM workflows, and related marketing tools alongside ServiceTitan.

What We’re Looking For:
ServiceTitan Experience: Experience with ServiceTitan (especially Marketing Pro) is a HUGE advantage.

Proven Campaign Creator: You know how to structure campaigns that convert—from catchy email subject lines to clear calls-to-action.

Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Comfortable learning new software, troubleshooting integrations, and keeping customer databases clean.

Great Communication: Clear, proactive written English skills for creating marketing content and collaborating with our team.

Self-Motivated & Reliable: You take ownership of your tasks and take pride in seeing your campaigns generate real results.
