JOB OVERVIEW

Crowned Vitality is hiring a commission-based Appointment Setter to manage lead conversations across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook ---------- . This role is for someone who treats DMs like a sales floor & is good with English — fast, sharp, and closing-focused.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage and respond to leads across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook ----------
- Qualify leads using our proven framework — no time wasted on tire-kickers
- Book qualified calls onto our sales calendar consistently
- Track your outreach, replies, qualification rate, and booked calls daily — accurate reporting is non-negotiable
- Attend daily tea ---------- etings during Philippine night shift hours (aligned with US business hours)
- Follow up persistently without being pushy — protect the brand voice at all times

COMPENSATION:
- 5% commission per booked/closed sale
- High earning potential for setters who perform — the better your numbers, the bigger your check
- This is a role for someone who wants to be paid on results, not just clocked-in hours

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong, professional written English — you need to build rapport and handle objections clearly and confidently
- A proven hustler — self-motivated, competitive, treats this like their own business
- Track record required: prior experience as an appointment setter, DM closer, or sales rep — ideally in the online coaching or fitness industry
- Comfortable working Philippine night shift hours
- Sharp with data — you track your numbers daily and can speak to your qualification and booking rates
- A gym-minded, disciplined lifestyle — you live what you sell
- Faith-aligned — our brand voice is faith-integrated, and we're looking for someone who fits that culture naturally
- Coachable, accountable, comfortable with daily check-ins

BONUS POINTS FOR:
- A resume or portfolio showing previously booked calls / closed deals
- Experience setting appointments for a coach, consultant, or online course creator
