JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and technically capable assistant to help create and manage social media content.

The main responsibility will be producing simple, engaging content using our internal AI tools. This may include turning photos into dancing or animated videos, preparing content for Instagram, writing captions, uploading posts and Reels, organizing content, and helping manage social media accounts.

You do not need professional video editing experience or advanced experience with tools like Higgsfield. We will provide access to our internal tools and explain the content workflow. What matters most is that you are comfortable learning new technology, have a good understanding of social media, and can consistently create and publish content without needing constant supervision.

Responsibilities include:

* Create animated and AI-generated content using our internal tools
* Turn photos and ideas into engaging Instagram posts and Reels
* Upload, schedule, and organize social media content
* Write simple captions and select relevant hashtags
* Maintain a consistent posting schedule
* Research trends, sounds, formats, and content ideas
* Track published content and basic performance metrics
* Keep files, accounts, and content calendars organized
* Help with other technical or digital projects as needed
* Learn new tools and workflows quickly

The ideal candidate:

* Has experience managing Instagram or other social media accounts
* Understands what makes short-form content engaging
* Is comfortable using AI tools and learning internal software
* Has a technical background in areas such as web development, software, databases, automation, QA, or similar work
* Is reliable, organized, and able to work independently
* Has good written English and communicates clearly
* Pays close attention to instructions and small details
* Can identify problems and attempt to solve them before asking for help
