# Senior Marketing Executive – SEO & Google Ads Specialist

We're looking for an exceptional **Senior Marketing Executive** who lives and breathes **Google Ads, SEO and lead generation**. This is not a role for someone who simply manages campaigns—we want someone who can build a marketing engine that consistently generates high-quality enquiries and delivers measurable ROI.

## The Role

You will take ownership of our digital marketing strategy, driving qualified leads across multiple brands through organic and paid channels.

You'll have the freedom to implement your ideas, test new strategies and make a genuine impact on business growth.

## Key Responsibilities

* Plan, build and optimise high-performing Google Ads campaigns.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic rankings and traffic.
* Carry out keyword research, competitor analysis and technical SEO audits.
* Improve website performance, user experience and conversion rates.
* Create and optimise landing pages designed to maximise lead generation.
* Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Looker Studio.
* Build and execute backlink strategies using ethical, white-hat techniques.
* Analyse data and continually improve campaign performance based on ROI.
* Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
* Stay ahead of Google's latest algorithm updates and advertising best practices.
* Identify new opportunities across paid search, local SEO, AI search optimisation and emerging marketing channels.

## Essential Experience

We're looking for someone with **proven commercial experience**, not someone learning on the job.

You must have:

* Extensive experience managing Google Ads with significant monthly budgets.
* Advanced knowledge of SEO, including technical, on-page and off-page optimisation.
* A proven track record of generating high-quality leads through digital marketing.
* Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
* Experience using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make commercial decisions.
* Excellent copywriting skills for adverts, landing pages and website content.
* Experience improving website rankings in competitive industries.

## Desirable Skills

* Meta Ads experience.
* Local SEO expertise.
* WordPress experience.
* Knowledge of AI tools for marketing automation.
* Experience in financial services or lead generation businesses.
* Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
* CRM and marketing automation experience.
