JOB OVERVIEW

AI Video Editor – High-Quality & Realistic Meta Ads – Long-Term Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented AI video editor who can create natural, realistic, and professionally finished videos for Facebook and Instagram.

The edits are usually not technically complicated. What matters most is accuracy, consistency, and quality. Every detail should feel natural, and the final video should look like it was originally created for our brand.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We provide the complete scripts, hooks, structure, footage, references, and creative direction. You do not need copywriting or marketing experience. Your responsibility is to execute our briefs carefully and deliver clean, professional videos.

Your work will include:

- Creating realistic AI video scenes without unnatural movements or visual errors
- Generating natural-sounding AI voice-overs with a consistent voice and tone
- Combining different clips so they feel like one coherent video
- Editing existing footage so it looks native to our brand
- Removing or replacing visible elements from other brands
- Adding clean subtitles, B-roll, sound effects, and simple graphics
- Checking every detail before submitting the final video

We do not need complicated transitions or excessive effects. We prefer simple videos that are edited extremely well and look completely natural.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Strong experience with AI video and voice-generation tools
- A sharp eye for unnatural movements, inconsistent voices, visual errors, and small details
- Clean and professional video-editing skills
- The ability to maintain the same style, voice, tone, and quality throughout a video
- Fast and clear communication
- The ability to follow detailed briefs and meet agreed deadlines
- Someone who takes pride in delivering carefully checked work

We normally work several days to one week ahead, so there is enough time to complete each assignment properly. If something unexpected happens, we understand, but please communicate this in advance.

The role will initially be approximately 20 hours per week and can quickly develop into a full-time position if the collaboration goes well. Performance-based bonuses are also available when specific KPIs are achieved.
