About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Special Assistant – Quotes to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate, detailed, and professional quotations for customers while working closely with management to ensure timely and high-quality service.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly intelligent, extremely detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of the University of the Philippines Diliman (UP Diliman).
- Excellent English reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot even minor errors or inconsistencies.
- Sharp, analytical, and proactive in solving problems.
- Fast learner who quickly understands new processes and requires minimal repeated instruction.
- Able to retain instructions and apply them consistently without constant reminders.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Willing to work during U.S. business hours (Pacific Time).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed customer quotations.
- Review product specifications, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Ensure all quotes are complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
- Conduct research and gather information needed to prepare quotes.
- Coordinate with internal tea
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Assist management with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
