Healthcare Appointment Setter | Business Development Representative (Home Care)

Rate: $6–$7/hour (DOE)
Employment: Part-Time | 20 hours/week
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–1:00 PM EDT
Location: Remote – Philippines

We’re hiring a confident and motivated Healthcare Appointment Setter/Business Development Representative to support a growing Canadian home healthcare provider. You’ll connect with pre-qualified healthcare referral partners, introduce the organization’s services, build relationships, and book qualified meetings for the business owners.

This is not a closing or direct sales role. Your focus will be generating interest, nurturing relationships, and scheduling appointments.

What You’ll Do

* Make outbound calls to healthcare referral partners.
* Connect with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
* Introduce home healthcare services and generate interest.
* Schedule qualified meetings for the business owners.
* Handle gatekeepers, objections, and initial rejections.
* Manage follow-ups and referral pipelines.
* Maintain accurate prospect records in Zoho CRM.
* Conduct lead research and expand the prospect database.
* Track and report outreach and appointment-setting results.
* Use Zoom Phone for outbound calls.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

? Healthcare sales, appointment setting, business development, or outbound prospecting experience
? **Hands-on experience using Zoho CRM (required)**
? Strong outbound calling and relationship-building skills
? Proven experience booking appointments and managing follow-up pipelines
? Excellent written and spoken English
? Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
? Confident handling gatekeepers and overcoming objections
? Accurate and organized CRM documentation skills
? Professional, personable, reliable, and results-oriented
? Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Highly Preferred

* Home healthcare, home care, or medical services experience
* Familiarity with healthcare terminology and referral-based businesses
* Experience using Zoom Phone or a similar cloud phone system
