I'm a software engineer in the UK looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to submit job applications on my behalf. I provide the CVs and all my details. You find suitable roles, tailor the CV, and apply. This is straightforward work, but it needs someone who understands ATS and is confident using Claude.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Search job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Reed, CWJobs, company career pages) for software developer roles in the UK.
- Only apply to jobs posted within the last 7 days. Skip anything older.
- Pick the correct CV from a set I provide (I'll give you a guide on which CV matches which role type).
- Use Claude to tailor the CV to each job description: match keywords, mirror the required skills, and make sure it passes ATS screening.
- Fill in and submit the application using the standard answers I provide (right to work, availability, notice, etc.).
- Log each application in a spreadsheet: date, company, role, link, CV used, status.
REQUIREMENTS
- Confident using Claude to tailor CVs and draft application answers. You should already work with it daily, not be learning it here.
- Solid understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems): how CVs are parsed and keyword-matched, and how to tailor a CV so it gets through.
- Strong written English and sharp attention to detail.
- Comfortable with online forms and Google Sheets.
- Reliable and consistent. Accuracy matters more than raw speed.
- Available Monday to Friday.
HOURS & PAY
- Part-time, roughly 2.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
- Weekly target: 75 quality applications (about 15 per day).
- Pay is based on hitting the target. Meet 75/week = 46 USD that week (equivalent to 200 USD/month).
- Beat the target and you earn extra: 0.50 USD for every application above 75.
- Paid weekly. One week paid trial first, then ongoing.
TO APPLY
1. Start your message with the word "PIPELINE" so I know you read this fully.
2. In one or two sentences, explain what ATS is and one thing you do to get a CV past it.
3. Tell me how you use Claude in your work, with one specific example.
4. Have you done job-application or data-entry work before? Give one example.
