We're a hard money lending brokerage. Right now our website and Google Maps presence don't reflect how serious the business actually is — and that's costing us leads. If a borrower clicks our site and isn't impressed, we've lost them before we even talk. Representation is assertion — and done right, it's also lead generation.
What we need:
A real eye for what works in financial services/lending — not generic templates
Someone who researches before building — you look at what's working in this industry, not just what's trendy
Ownership of our Google Business Profile/Maps — accurate, complete, professional, optimized to actually bring in inquiries
Someone who thinks in terms of conversion, not just aesthetics — you want the site and profile to turn visitors into leads, not just look nice
This starts as a project — fixing what's broken and turning our online presence into a real lead source — with real potential to grow into ongoing work if it's a fit.
