JOB OVERVIEW

We arrange corporate housing across Europe for companies relocating employee groups — construction crews, engineering teams, corporate transfers, 5 to 25 people per project. Inquiries come in daily from real companies with real budgets. We need someone who can turn them into signed deals.

You own the case end to end: qualify the client, source and negotiate with landlords, structure the offer, and close it. Deal sizes run €2,000–€15,000 per month, and stays run 3 to 12 months. This is real money on real contracts, not a lead-gen or admin seat.

What we pay: >$400/month base plus 8% of the profit margin on every deal you personally close, paid monthly for the entire length of the stay. A single 6-month group booking pays commission for 6 months. Strong closers here will earn well above base.

Who this is for: You've closed B2B deals before and can hold your own on a call with a skeptical landlord or a hesitant procurement manager. You don't need a script and you don't need to be chased for updates. You log your work, you follow up without being told, and you'd rather own a number than be handed a task list.

Who this is not for: Anyone looking for a quiet admin seat, or anyone whose plan is to collect a fixed salary regardless of results. We measure activity and closes weekly, and you'll see your own numbers.
