JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated and fast-paced Virtual Assistant to join our e-commerce team. Your sole focus will be Amazon Online Arbitrage (OA). We buy profitable, high-velocity products from US retail websites and resell them on Amazon FBA. We need someone who loves the hunt, understands Amazon math, and can consistently find winning products.

The Day-to-Day

Retail Scanning: Manually and systematically searching major US retail websites for clearance deals, discounts, and profitable items.

Data Validation: Using Keepa to read historical price charts, verify Buy Box stability, and ensure the Sales Rank (BSR) is moving quickly.

Profit Checks: Accurately calculating ROI and net profit after factoring in prep costs, shipping, and all Amazon FBA fees.

Risk Management: Checking SellerCentral or specific software tools to avoid IP complaints, gated brands, or Hazmat restrictions.

Pipeline Management: Entering your daily finds into our master Google Sheets tracker for the purchasing team to review.

The Non-Negotiables

You must have prior experience sourcing for Amazon Online Arbitrage.

You must know how to read Keepa independently (understanding how to spot tanking prices or artificial spikes).

Familiarity with standard OA software (like SellerAmp, RevSeller, or Keepa premium).

Reliable internet connection and excellent English communication skills.

Pay Structure & Schedule

Starting Pay: $2.00 USD per hour (approximately 123 PHP per hour).

Growth: Based on your performance, accuracy, and the volume of profitable items you source, your pay can scale up to $4.00 USD per hour (approximately 247 PHP per hour).

Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-Time).
