JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaigns Specialist for our beauty brand.

You will own the affiliate engine. Recruit creators, build and optimise campaigns inside TikTok Shop, track performance, and scale affiliate sales across the client portfolio.

This is a revenue function, not a support function. Every creator you onboard, every campaign you optimise, and every commission you refine has a direct line to results.

What You Will Do:
- Source, screen, and onboard TikTok Shop affiliates. Build the creator pipeline.
- Set up and manage affiliate campaigns inside TikTok Shop end to end
- Create, optimise, and maintain affiliate links and commission structures
- Monitor clicks, sales, ROI, and conversions. Analyse the data and act on it.
- Communicate with and support creators as their primary point of contact
- Troubleshoot tracking, payout, and campaign setup issues
- Develop strategies to grow affiliate revenue for client brands
- (Bonus) Assist with TikTok Shop product listings, store setup, and backend ops when needed

Must-Have Requirements:

- 2+ years managing TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns (mandatory, non-negotiable)
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop's Affiliate Center tools
- Experience managing a high volume of creators and multiple client accounts at the same time
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop's affiliate ecosystem and how it drives revenue
- Comfortable analysing performance metrics (clicks, sales, ROI, conversions) and optimising accordingly
- Excellent written English and proactive communication
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and internal tools
- Experience working with US market clients
- Available during US working hours overlap

Nice to Have:

- TikTok Shop backend / Seller Center experience (product listings, store setup)
- Experience with TikTok Shop in multiple regions
- Previous agency-side experience

- You are not comfortable reaching out to new creators regularly
- You do not enjoy working with data and metrics
- You need heavy supervision on day-to-day priorities
