JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and reliable Graphic Designer to join our team part-time and create scroll-stopping graphic ads for our e-commerce brands.

We will provide the advertising brief, concept, product assets, copy, and reference examples. Your job will be to turn them into strong static ads that are ready to launch as Facebook ads.

You may design from scratch or use AI tools where appropriate, but the final work must look polished, intentional, and professional.

Main Responsibilities:
- Create static image ads based on our briefs and reference examples
- Produce different design formats and visual styles within the same ad concept
- Create meaningful design variations, not simply change the headline or copy
- Follow the advertising angle and communicate the message clearly
- Maintain accurate product details and brand consistency
- Use strong visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and composition
- Make revisions based on feedback
- Deliver final ads in the required sizes and formats
- Communicate clearly and submit work on time

For example, if one concept requires three variations, we expect three noticeably different visual approaches to that same concept. We do not want the same design repeated with only different headlines.

Requirements:
- Experience creating static ads or e-commerce graphics
- Strong knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar design tools
- Ability to understand and follow creative briefs
- A good eye for typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Basic understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising
- Ability to create multiple visual formats from one advertising concept
- Comfortable using AI tools when useful
- Open to feedback, revisions, and learning
- Reliable communication during working hours
- Able to meet deadlines without repeated follow-ups
