* Officer ambushes/officers shot in the line of duty
* Kidnapping cases
* Standoff/hostage situations
* Mass shooting/active shooter responses
* Officer-involved shootings
* Carjackings
* Domestic violence calls turned violent
* Entitled person/public meltdown i
* Child predator/sexual assault arrests
* And more based off the channels:
* Midwest Safety, Codebluecam, Explorewithus, Ewubodycam, Drinsanity, Insanitybodycam
There are no hourly rates for this role. You will be paid once the footage is obtained.
Pay Rate: $5 per footage obtained for approximately 15 minutes worth of work. Pay will eventually raise to $20 per footage obtained.
You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a spreadsheet to keep everything organized and to prove you didn’t steal footage. The format will be Name, Date, news article link, and foia link.
You should always request for bodycam, Dashcam, surveillance footage, 911 audio, and any external footage on cases that have bodycam released.
If you have no idea what you will be finding, here are example cases:
Footage selection is important it must not be random videos. Mistakes are crucial for the content I’m looking for so don’t get worried if I tell you to discard the foia request.
