**Organized Movements is hiring immediately.**

You must have experience editing **two-person podcasts with multiple camera angles**.

We are looking for a highly creative **full-time Storytelling Reels Editor** who can transform podcasts and branded content into emotionally engaging, high-retention short-form videos.

This is not a basic clipping position. We need someone who can identify the story inside a conversation, create a strong opening hook, build emotional ---------- ntum, and deliver a satisfying payoff.

What You Will Do

* Review long-form podcasts and branded video content
* Identify the strongest ---------- nts for reels
* Edit 30–90 second videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
* Create emotional hooks and use viral retention techniques
* Edit two-person, multi-angle podcast conversations
* Choose camera angles intentionally based on reactions, pacing, and story
* Remove filler while protecting the meaning and natural flow
* Add engaging captions, impact text, music, sound design, graphics, and purposeful visual movement
* Adapt your editing style to different podcasts, brands, and audiences
* Follow creative briefs and complete revisions on time

What We Are Looking For

* Strong short-form storytelling instincts
* Experience editing two-person, multi-camera podcasts
* Understanding of hooks, pacing, open loops, pattern interruptions, emotional build-up, and payoff
* Ability to recognize emotional, funny, controversial, educational, and highly relatable ---------- nts
* Excellent English comprehension
* Strong caption design and timing
* Clean audio and video editing
* Ability to work independently and contribute creative ideas
* Reliable communication and consistent deadline management

We are not looking for someone who simply selects random clips, adds large captions, and switches camera angles every few seconds. Every creative decision should strengthen the story and help retain the viewer.
