OUTBOUND SALES CLOSER - WEB DESIGN FOR US TRADE BUSINESSES

WHAT WE DO
--------------------------------------------------

We build websites for trade businesses in the United States -
plumbers, roofers, electricians, HVAC companies.

Most of these business owners either have no website at all, or
they have one built ten years ago that looks broken on a phone.
They are busy, they make good money, and they know their online
presence is embarrassing. They just have not got around to it.

We fix that in 24 to 48 hours for one flat fee.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO
--------------------------------------------------

You will call US business owners from a list we give you. The
list is pre-researched - you will already know their business
name, their Google rating, how many reviews they have, and
exactly what is wrong with their current website. You are never
guessing.

Your job on the call is simple:

1. Get the owner on the phone
2. Point out the specific problem with their online presence
3. Get them to say yes to seeing a free sample - we build them
a real website at no cost and send them the link
4. Follow up, and close the sale when they see it

There is no risk for the customer and nothing for them to lose,
which makes this a much easier conversation than most cold
calling jobs. They do not pay a cent unless they love what we
built for them.

You are not just booking appointments. You are closing. If you
have only ever set appointments but you know you can close, apply
anyway and say so - we will train you.

DAILY TARGETS

WHAT WE PAY
--------------------------------------------------

Base: USD $6.00 per hour ($1,040 per month)
Per sale: USD $50.00 for every closed deal
Daily bonus: USD $100.00 EXTRA on any day you close 2 sales
Review: Base rises to $7.00/hr after 60 days at target

Paid every 2 weeks by Wise or PayPal. On time, every time.

A closer averaging one sale per day earns around USD $2,300 per
month. A closer who regularly hits two in a day earns
substantially more than that. There is no cap.

We would rather pay one excellent person very well than five
average people badly.

YOU MUST HAVE
--------------------------------------------------

- At least 1 year of OUTBOUND B2B calling into the US, Australia,
UK or Canada. Not inbound support. Not chat support.
- Clear, confident, American or at least a neutral-accent English. Warm and natural on
the phone, not scripted.
- Hands-on experience with a VoIP dialer - JustCall, Aircall,
PhoneBurner, GoHighLevel, Kixie, Five9 or similar.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and a basic CRM.
- Stable fibre internet, minimum 10 Mbps. A proper headset. A
quiet room with no background noise.
- A real backup plan for power and internet outages. Brownouts
happen. Missed shifts should not.
- Able to work 9AM to 5PM US Central Time consistently. That is
10PM to 6AM Philippine time. This is a night shift. Please be
honest with yourself about whether you can sustain that.

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling to trades, contractors or home services
- Basic understanding of Google Business Profile or local SEO
- Previous work with a marketing or web agency

obligation at all: let us build you a brand new website and just
send you the link. If you love it, it's one flat fee and we have
it live within forty-eight hours. If you don't, you delete the
link and you never hear from me again. Would that be alright
with you?"

STEP 3 - ANSWER THESE FOUR QUESTIONS

In the body of your application, answer all four in order. Short
answers are completely fine. Bullet points are fine. A copy-pasted
generic cover letter is not.

1. Which dialer software have you used, and roughly how many
dials did you make on your single best day?

2. A prospect says "just email me the details." What are the
exact words you say next? Write them out.

3. What is your internet speed, and what is your plan when the
power goes out?

4. What time will you start your shift, in Philippine time?
