JOB OVERVIEW

Nut Dreamers and its affiliate companies are looking for a talented Shopify Website Designer & Optimization Specialist to improve the performance, appearance, and user experience of our Shopify stores. This role is responsible for continuously optimizing our websites through design improvements, SEO, conversion rate optimization, and new feature recommendations to increase traffic, conversions, and sales.
Responsibilities
Design and improve Shopify storefronts while maintaining our brand guidelines.
Continuously propose and implement website improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Optimize website layout, navigation, landing pages, and product pages.
Improve on-page SEO, including page titles, meta descriptions, image optimization, internal linking, and site structure.
Create banners, graphics, icons, and promotional assets for the website.
Optimize product pages for higher conversions and better customer experience.
Recommend and implement Shopify apps and features that improve functionality and performance.
Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements.
Work closely with our marketing and creative teams on new campaigns and product launches.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Shopify.
Experience designing high-converting e-commerce websites.
Knowledge of Shopify SEO best practices.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma (preferred).
Understanding of user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Someone who is proactive and consistently brings new ideas to improve our websites.
Strong understanding of premium e-commerce design and branding.
Experience working with consumer brands, food, beverage, supplements, or other CPG products is a plus.
Excellent communication and the ability to work independently.
A results-driven mindset focused on increasing traffic, conversions, and sales.
60-Day Probation Period
This position includes a 60-day probation period to evaluate design quality, communication, execution, creativity, and overall fit. Successful completion of the probationary period may lead to a long-term opportunity with Nut Dreamers and its affiliate companies.
