JOB OVERVIEW

We're an Australian AI automation agency. You'll be cold calling Australian business owners to book discovery meetings for us. Straight outbound dialling — no inbound, no chat support, no admin.

**READ THIS BEFORE APPLYING**

This role calls Australian business owners who hang up fast. You need to sound neutral or American on the phone. If your accent is noticeably Filipino, please don't apply. We will reject you and it wastes both our time. Be honest with yourself here.

**What you'll do**
- 100+ outbound dials per day using our dialler
- Work Manila 7am-3pm (Melbourne 9am-5pm). Non-negotiable, these are the only hours that work.
- Book qualified meetings into our calendar
- Log every call outcome in our CRM

**What you need**
- 2+ years outbound calling on a US, UK, or Australian account at a real business
- Outbound sales or appointment setting specifically. nNot inbound customer service
- Wired internet connection (not WiFi) and a proper USB headset
- Backup power/internet arrangement
- You can handle rejection all day without going flat by 11am

**HOW TO APPLY - follow this exactly or you'll be rejected**

Do not send a CV or a generic intro video. Send a single audio recording, roughly 90 seconds, with these three parts:

1. **(30 sec)** Read this script word for word:
*"Hi, is that [name]? My name's ___, I was just reaching out because we build AI automation systems for Australian businesses to replace admin tasks. Have you looked at anything like that before?"*

2. **(30 sec)** In your own words, unscripted: why would a business owner want to take this call?

3. **(30 sec)** Unscripted: respond to a prospect saying *"I'm not interested, we already have someone doing that."*

- Which businesses you've worked (company + region)
- Your internet setup (wired or WiFi, speed, backup plan)

Applications without the audio recording will not be read. Applications that only include part 1 will not be read.
