ABOUT THE JOB

We are a US residential cleaning company operating in over 50 cities. Customers request quotes through our websites all day long. Your job is simple: be the first person to reach them, answer their questions, and book the cleaning.

This is not cold calling. Every single lead already asked us for a price.

WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY
- Respond to new quote requests within 5 minutes during your shift, by text first, then by phone if there is no reply
- Answer pricing and scheduling questions using our quoting tool. We train you. You never have to guess a price.
- Follow up with leads who went quiet on a set schedule: day 1, day 3, day 7, day 14
- Book the job directly in our system and confirm all details with the customer
- Log every outcome so we know what is working

HOW WE MEASURE YOU
- Time to first response, target under 5 minutes
- Percentage of leads that turn into booked jobs
- Follow up completion. No lead goes untouched.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2 or more years working for a US residential cleaning or maid service company, in sales, booking, or customer support
- You already know the difference between a standard clean, a deep clean, and a move out clean, and you can explain why they are priced differently without being coached
- You have worked in cleaning company software such as BookingKoala, Launch27, Jobber, ZenMaid, or Housecall Pro. Tell us which one.
- Excellent written English. Customers should not be able to tell you are not local.
- Confident speaking on the phone with American customers
- Reliable computer, backup internet, and a quiet place to take calls
- Available on US Eastern Time, including at least one weekend day

SCHEDULE
Full time, 40 hours per week, US Eastern Time. Weekend coverage is required.
PAY
$800 to $1,100 USD per month based on experience, plus $15 USD for every job you book that gets completed. A strong performer should clear $1,400 or more per month. Paid twice monthly through Wise or Payoneer.

HOW TO APPLY

4. Record a 2 minute voice message. A free Vocaroo link is fine. Introduce yourself as if you are calling a customer named Sarah who asked for a price on a 3 bedroom deep clean, and you need to book her in.
