We're looking for a detail-oriented video editor to join our team and edit a weekly three-camera comedy podcast.
This is a long-term position with opportunities for additional hours as we grow.
About the Show
Our podcast features three hosts discussing comedy, culture, current events, and personal stories. Episodes are conversational with multiple camera angles and occasional graphics.
Responsibilities
* Edit 3-camera podcast episodes in Adobe Premiere Pro
* Sync video and audio
* Create engaging multicamera edits
* Remove mistakes, long pauses, interruptions, and technical issues
* Balance audio levels
* Add intro/outro, logos, and simple graphics when needed
* Export final podcast in required formats
* Organize project files

Requirements
* Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
* Experience editing multicamera podcasts
* Reliable internet connection
* Strong English comprehension
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to meet deadlines consistently
* Willingness to learn our editing style
Bonus Skills
* After Effects
* Photoshop
* Audio cleanup using Adobe Audition or similar software
* Color correction
* Experience with comedy, podcasts, or YouTube content

Hours
Approximately 5–10 hours per week to start, with opportunities for more work as the business grows.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for the next round will complete a short paid editing test using the same footage. The test will be paid regardless of whether you are hired.
