About Us
We are a fast growing US online store selling premium bathroom fixtures ($500 to $10,000+). We win on deep product knowledge, personalized care, and building trust with shoppers making major home investments.

This is not a high volume call center script job. It is highly technical job that requires you to work and understand through multiple SKUs and you will give each customer real attention, serve as a trusted advisor, work directly with the founder, and learn the inner workings of a high ticket ecommerce brand.

What You'll Own
- Customer Care & Sales: Answering presales and technical fitment questions via phone, live chat, and email with warmth and professionalism.

- Order Logistics: Processing Shopify orders, coordinating with suppliers and freight carriers, tracking deliveries, and managing returns or damage claims.

- Lead Generation: Managing quotes and abandoned checkouts inside GoHighLevel CRM to convert warm leads into sales.

- Post-Purchase Care: Calling buyers post-delivery to verify satisfaction and request reviews.

- After sales support: Warranty registration, returns and exchanges

Who You Are
Proven Background: At least 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales with an ecommerce experience

Fluent English Speaker: Excellent phone presence and clear, warm written communication with US customers.

Technical Aptitude: Comfortable reading manufacturer spec sheets and installation manuals to explain technical details simply.

Tool Literate: Experience using Shopify and GoHighLevel (or similar CRMs).

Setup & Hours: Fast internet connection, quiet workspace for calls, and full availability for US Eastern hours (Mon to Fri, 10am to 6pm ET).
