JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Exchange Operations Manager with a proven track record of working at a cryptocurrency exchange.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a cryptocurrency exchange platform.
Monitor deposits, withdrawals, trading activities, and wallet operations.
Ensure smooth operational workflows and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Customer Support, Finance, and Technical teams.
Develop and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and security.
Monitor system performance and respond to incidents when necessary.
Assist with exchange listings, liquidity management, and operational planning.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
Previous experience working as an Exchange Operations Manager or in a similar operations role at a cryptocurrency exchange.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency trading, blockchain technology, wallets, and exchange infrastructure.
Experience managing exchange operations, incident response, and operational risk.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound operational decisions.
High level of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive operational matters.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with centralized cryptocurrency exchanges (CEX).
Knowledge of AML/KYC processes and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with trading engines, liquidity management, and exchange security best practices.
