JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled AI Video Producer who can turn concepts, scripts, and raw AI-generated footage into polished, engaging video advertisements.

You should be comfortable producing videos in a wide range of styles—from highly realistic, cinematic content to animated, illustrated, and stylized creative. You will be responsible for generating individual scenes, maintaining visual consistency, and combining those scenes into complete one- to three-minute videos.

Responsibilities
Create high-quality AI-generated video advertisements
Produce realistic, cinematic, animated, and stylized video scenes
Turn scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts into finished videos
Maintain consistent characters, products, environments, and visual styles across scenes
Stitch AI-generated clips together into cohesive one- to three-minute videos
Edit pacing, transitions, captions, graphics, sound effects, and music
Generate or integrate AI voiceovers and dialogue
Clean up audio and synchronize voiceovers with video
Repurpose finished videos into shorter ad variations when needed
Experiment with emerging AI video tools, workflows, and creative techniques
Revise videos based on performance data and creative feedback

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience creating AI-generated videos
Strong traditional video-editing skills
Experience producing direct-response advertisements or branded social content
Ability to create both realistic and animated video styles
Understanding of storytelling, hooks, pacing, retention, and ad structure
Experience working with AI voice generation, sound design, and audio editing
Ability to combine multiple generated scenes into a visually consistent final video
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction
Comfortable testing new AI platforms as the technology evolves
Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines

Experience with tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Hailuo, Luma, Pika, Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms is preferred. You do not need to use every tool listed, but you should have a strong working knowledge of modern AI-video production workflows.

Workload and Growth

This position will begin with approximately 10–20 hours of work per week. The right person will have the opportunity to grow into a full-time role within the next few months as our video production needs increase.

We are looking for someone interested in becoming a long-ter ---------- mber of the team, not simply completing one project.
