JOB OVERVIEW

About us: We're a fast-growing e-commerce jewellery brand running heavy paid social on Meta and TikTok. We need a dedicated editor to turn our UGC and product footage into high-converting short-form ads at volume.

What you'll do:

Edit vertical 9:16 short-form ads for Meta and TikTok

Recreate proven winning ad structures we hand you as references

Cut one piece of footage into multiple variants with different hooks, angles and lengths

Add captions, hooks, pacing, sound, and AI voiceovers (ElevenLabs or similar)

Ship a steady volume each week, target 10 to 15 variants

Iterate on winners to keep them fresh

You must have:

Proven experience editing DIRECT-RESPONSE ads on Meta or TikTok.

A strong grasp of hook-first editing and retention pacing for mobile

CapCut and/or Premiere Pro fluency, After Effects a plus

Fast turnaround and the ability to work from a written brief

Comfort with AI voiceover tools and good written English

Bonus: able to create high converting static image ads
