JOB OVERVIEW

We're a leading real estate company in Florida, is growing and looking for a motivated Full-Time Acquisition Qualification Agent to join our team.

In this role, you'll identify and qualify potential sellers, helping ensure a steady pipeline of acquisition opportunities. If you're a confident communicator with cold calling experience and want to grow with a fast-paced real estate company, we'd love to hear from you!

Position
Full-Time

Schedule
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

* Includes a 1-hour unpaid break.
* Weekend work is optional but may occasionally be required (and will be compensated).

Responsibilities
* Identify and qualify potential land and commercial property acquisition opportunities.
* Conduct outbound cold calls, SMS, and email outreach to property owners.
* Introduce our company and determine the seller's interest.
* Gather property information and qualify leads for the Acquisition Team.
* Schedule appointments between qualified sellers and the Acquisition Team.

Requirements
* At least 1 year of cold calling experience (required).
* Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
* Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or native-level accent.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Reliable hard-wired (Ethernet) internet connection.
* Quiet, professional work environment.
* Computer, headset, and noise-canceling microphone.

Compensation & Benefits
* $4.00 USD per hour.
* Up to $50 bonus for every successfully closed and funded transaction.
* Remote work.
