JOB OVERVIEW

# Video Editor & Digital Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated **Video Editor and Digital Marketing Assistant** to join our growing marketing agency.

You’ll work closely with mortgage brokers to create engaging short-form content, video advertisements and social media campaigns that generate leads and grow their businesses.

This is more than just a video editing position. You’ll have the opportunity to develop valuable skills in copywriting, content creation, Facebook advertising, campaign analysis and client management.

## Your Responsibilities

* Edit engaging short-form videos using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
* Create and edit video advertisements for Facebook and Instagram
* Develop engaging scripts, hooks and content ideas for social media
* Manage and monitor advertising campaigns through Facebook Ads Manager
* Analyse campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
* Prepare and provide weekly reports to clients outlining ad performance, results and the improvements being implemented
* Communicate upcoming strategies, creative changes and campaign optimisations to clients
* Work with mortgage broker clients to produce consistent, high-quality content
* Manage multiple client projects while meeting deadlines

## What We’re Looking For

* Experience using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
* Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
* Strong understanding of short-form content and social media trends
* Ability to write engaging scripts, hooks and advertisements
* Confidence analysing advertising data and communicating results
* Strong communication and time-management skills
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Someone dependable who takes responsibility for their work

Experience working with mortgage brokers, financial services or marketing agencies is beneficial but not essential.
