JOB OVERVIEW

Hello!

We are a growing online trading (forex and prop firm) education business looking for someone to work directly with the founder to help grow the company. This is not a Virtual Assistant position but you will work remotely.

I'm looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems, communicating proactively, and helping build a business.

A basic understanding of forex trading, prop firms, or funded accounts is strongly preferred, but you do not need to be an expert investment trader.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Business development and partnership outreach
- Marketing and lead generation
- Research and competitive analysis
- Social media coordination and development
- AI-assisted research and content creation
- Improving customer experience and business processes
- Helping identify new growth opportunities

The Most Important Requirement:
I do not micromanage. I expect proactive communication. I should never have to wonder what you're working on or ask for a progress update.

If you're naturally organized, communicate consistently, take ownership of your work, and enjoy moving projects forward, you'll do well in this role.
