Ballers Assist Lead
Lead the Philippines creator hub for Ballers. Build a team. Coach athletes. Use AI. Protect the brand. Work with a globally leading influencer.
Ballers is a new, unique and 100% sport social media platform working with athletes to allow them to build direct relationships with their fans. Athletes and fans can engage through:
• Chat
• 1:1 video
• 1: group video
• Coaching
• Sale of Merchandise
Ballers is expanding its creator development program, Ballers Assist, into the Philippines — and we’re looking for a creator first leader to help lead the entire PH operation.
This role offers a rare opportunity: you will work directly with a globally leading influencer who will mentor and support you as you build the PH hub, manage athletes, and elevate their content and confidence.

What You’ll Do
• Support athletes directly and build strong relationships
• Understand, use, support and coach athletes with para social relationships with fans
• Coach athletes on content, confidence, and monetisation
• Assist in building and management of a PH creator team
• Use AI tools to enhance content creation and workflow
• Design and set up systems, processes, and operational frameworks
• Protect the Ballers and athlete brands
• Work directly with Ballers leadership
• Receive mentorship from a globally leading influencer
What We’re Looking For
• Strong content creation or creator management background
• Ability to use chat to build strong based para social relationships
• Experience leading teams or running creator operations
• Deep understanding of short form content
• Experience using AI tools for content or workflow
• Excellent English communication
• Strong relationship building skills with creators or athletes
• Experience in esports, creator agencies, or digital studios is a plus
