JOB OVERVIEW

XMartial is looking for a talented Graphic Designer who specializes in creating print-ready vector apparel designs for combat sports. If you're passionate about clean, professional design and enjoy creating graphics for rash guards, shorts, spats, and other performance apparel, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a creative-focused role. You will be responsible for designing apparel graphics and preparing production-ready artwork. No Shopify, customer support, or administrative tasks are involved.

What You'll Do
Design original graphics for rash guards, fight shorts, spats, and other combat sports apparel
Create clean, production-ready vector artwork using Adobe Illustrator
Prepare high-quality mockups using Adobe Photoshop
Revise and improve existing designs based on feedback
Follow XMartial's brand style and design guidelines
Deliver organized, layered, print-ready source files

Required Skills
Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)
Strong Adobe Photoshop skills for creating mockups
Must have your own licensed Adobe Photoshop account
Strong portfolio showcasing vector apparel or graphic design work
Excellent understanding of vector artwork, typography, and composition
Ability to create clean, scalable, print-ready files
Organized file structure with properly named layers
Strong attention to detail
Able to follow creative direction and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and remote work setup

Bonus Qualifications

Experience designing for:

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)
MMA
Muay Thai
Fitness or athletic apparel
Streetwear brands
Print-on-demand or apparel manufacturing

Knowledge of current apparel and graphic design trends is a strong advantage.

This Position Is Not For
Canva-only designers
Designers who cannot provide editable Adobe Illustrator source files
Designers who rely heavily on unrefined AI-generated artwork
Applicants with messy, unorganized working files
Anyone who struggles to follow brand guidelines or creative direction

Working Hours
Remote
Part-time (4 hours per day)
Must be available between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM Philippine Time
Opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance

Compensation
Salary: TBD (based on experience and portfolio)
