JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building organized, efficient systems that make both our team and our clients' experience better.

This is not simply a "GoHighLevel technician" position.

We're looking for someone who thinks critically, takes ownership, and continually asks:
"How can we make this simpler?"


Your Role:

You will be responsible for managing and improving our GoHighLevel CRM and automation systems.
Your mission is to ensure every lead, customer, and client moves through a logical, organized, and effective journey.
We value simplicity over complexity.
If something can be accomplished with one workflow instead of five, we'll choose one every time.


Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize our GoHighLevel CRM
Create and improve automated email and SMS workflows
Build organized funnels and lead nurturing sequences
Improve lead capture and client communication
Create attractive forms, landing pages, and emails
Troubleshoot workflow issues before they become problems
Audit existing automations and recommend simplifications
Remove unnecessary complexity from our systems
Ensure every automation has a clear purpose and remains easy to understand
Work proactively—not simply waiting for tasks, but identifying opportunities for improvement
Recommend ideas that improve conversions, customer experience, and operational efficiency


What We're Looking For:
Strong experience with GoHighLevel
Experience building CRM workflows and automations
Excellent understanding of lead nurturing
Experience with email marketing
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written English
High attention to detail
Comfortable solving problems independently


Bonus Skills:
Graphic design or visual design experience
Good eye for clean layouts and attractive forms
Experience improving conversion rates
Copywriting experience
Experience with Meta lead generation
Experience supporting online education or service businesses


The Ideal Candidate:

Success in this role isn't measured by the number of workflows you build.

It's measured by outcomes such as:
Higher lead conversion
Better customer experience
Faster response times
Cleaner CRM organization
Reduced manual work
Simpler, more maintainable systems
Fewer points of failure
Clear documentation that allows anyone on the team to understand how the system works


Important:
Our business is intentionally straightforward.
We prefer elegant systems over complicated ones.
Every workflow should have a clear purpose.
Every automation should be easy to understand.
If complexity doesn't improve the customer experience or business performance, we don't want it.
