ob Ad: Remote Recruiter & Owner's Assistant

Copper & Company is hiring a Remote Recruiter & Executive Assistant

Copper & Company is a fast-growing residential home services company (electrical panel upgrades, HVAC, EV chargers) operating in Colorado and Utah. We're looking for a sharp, self-directed remote tea ---------- mber to own two things: filling our sales hiring pipeline, and handling ad hoc admin/research tasks for the owner.

This is a varied role — some weeks you'll be heads-down sourcing and screening candidates, other weeks you'll be knee-deep in spreadsheets, vendor research, or chasing down a court filing status. If you like structure but also like being handed something new and figuring it out, this is a good fit.

What you'll do:

Recruiting

Source and cold-outreach candidates on LinkedIn/job boards for our field sales role
Screen applicants and run short phone/video screens (10-15 min)
Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with our sales leadership
Maintain a candidate tracker
Post/manage job ads across platforms

Admin & Ops Support

CRM and spreadsheet data entry/cleanup
Track deadlines and case status on active small claims filings, research process servers, organize documents
Update rent/expense trackers for a commercial property
Vendor and pricing research
Draft routine emails, manage scheduling/calendar
Whatever else comes up — this role isn't one-lane

You should have:

Prior recruiting, sourcing, or virtual assistant experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills
Comfortable switching between outreach, admin, and research tasks
Preferable CRM experience.
Self-directed — minimal hand-holding once trained
Reliable internet, available to overlap a few hours daily with US Mountain Time
