I'm a physician, medical researcher, entrepreneur, and founder of **CHARMEDBLING**, a company that designs personalized stethoscope accessories for healthcare professionals around the world.

I'm looking for someone who loves organization and enjoys helping busy professionals stay focused by keeping projects, schedules, and priorities running smoothly.

This is a long-term position for someone who wants to become an important part of my team.

## About the Role

This is **not** a traditional virtual assistant position.

I'm looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys building systems. I need someone who helps me stay ahead—not someone who simply waits for instructions.

You'll support me across research, business, scheduling, and personal organization.

## Responsibilities

* Manage calendar and scheduling
* Organize email and draft correspondence
* Track deadlines and follow up on action items
* Maintain project trackers
* Organize research projects and presentations
* Assist with business projects for CHARMEDBLING
* Coordinate meetings
* Organize Google Drive and documents
* Help manage travel and personal scheduling
* Build weekly dashboards and priority lists
* Research vendors, partnerships, and opportunities
* Communicate with team members and keep projects moving
