Virtual Assistant / Content Editor for a Wedding Content Brand (Remote, Part-Time)

hii! I'm looking for a creative, organized, and reliable virtual assistant to be the right hand for my growing wedding content business and my personal content creation. This role is mostly video editing and social media management, with some admin and light client outreach mixed in. About my Brand

Nash Wedding Content ---------- on IG) is a wedding content creation brand run by Judea, a Nashville-based creator. Judea also runs her own personal Instagram page ---------- where she shares her own content and also helps other brands with their content. I'm looking for one person to support both, working directly with Judea day to day.

The Role

This is a remote, part-time role (20 hrs/week). You'll need some overlap with US Central hours so we can stay in sync, but a lot of the work is flexible. Roughly:

70?iting and social media management. Editing the videos Judea shoots (personal page and wedding business), scheduling posts, and managing the content calendar across platforms.

15?min. Organizing content, keeping things on track, sending invoices and contracts (we'll train you on our systems), and general support.

15% lead generation. Reaching out to potential wedding clients and following up consistently.

What You'll Do

- Edit short-form video in CapCut for both the wedding brand and Judea's personal page
- Schedule and manage posts across Instagram and other platforms
- Keep the content calendar organized and moving
- Send invoices and contracts for the wedding business
- Do outreach to potential clients (engaged couples, planners, venues) and follow up consistently

Who You Are

- YOU HAVE GOOD TASTE (IMPORTANT). You understand pacing, trends, and what makes a wedding or lifestyle reel actually land. We can train you on our process, but the creative instinct has to be there
- Fluent in CapCut and comfortable editing short-form video
- Experienced with social media scheduling and management
- Organized, consistent, and reliable with follow-through
- Comfortable doing outreach via email and Instagram DM
- YOU USE YOUR BRAIN, not just a checklist. Learn on the fly, take initiative, and think about how to do things better
- AI experience (and interest): the more willing you are to learn AI tools, the more we can do together
- Self-motivated, doesn't need heavy hand-holding

Compensation

$300/month flat for 20 hrs/week, plus 5% commission on any clients you bring in through your own outreach.
