JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a highly creative and resourceful PR & Brand Outreach Specialist to help grow our brand through strategic partnerships, media opportunities, influencer relationships, and creative campaigns.

This isn't a typical virtual assistant role. We want someone who understands fashion, culture, storytelling, and knows how to get people talking about a brand.

Responsibilities
Develop creative PR campaigns that generate buzz around product drops and brand launches.
Research and build relationships with influencers, celebrities, stylists, editors, photographers, and media outlets.
Pitch our brand to magazines, blogs, podcasts, YouTube channels, and other relevant publications.
Secure collaborations, features, interviews, and partnership opportunities.
Brainstorm viral marketing ideas and creative activations.
Identify upcoming events, pop-ups, fashion shows, and networking opportunities where our brand should have a presence.
Create outreach lists and manage ongoing communications with partners.
Monitor fashion and streetwear trends to identify new promotional opportunities.
Present new creative marketing and PR ideas on a regular basis.
Requirements
Previous experience in public relations, brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or creative marketing.
Excellent written English and communication skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Passion for fashion, streetwear, luxury brands, and culture.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Organized with excellent attention to detail.
Able to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Bonus Qualifications
Existing relationships with influencers, media outlets, or fashion publications.
Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, or streetwear brands.
Experience securing press coverage, collaborations, or viral campaigns.
