About Us

Haleness Coaching helps healthcare professional mothers reclaim their metabolic health, hormones, and energy. Our founder is a practicing physician assistant with a systems-based coaching methodology. Everything runs through Go High Level — funnels, pipelines, client communication, automation.

You'll work directly with the founder. Small team, fast pace, real impact on how the business grows.

What You'll Own:

GHL builds: funnels, landing pages, VSLs, pipelines, workflows, automations — built and troubleshot independently
AI-powered execution: using Claude and Manus daily to draft, design, research, and problem-solve
Content: creating and scheduling Instagram content; designing branded assets in Canva
Operations: maintaining the founder's admin systems; weekly tea ---------- etings with proactive status updates
Lead support: follow-up and setter activity (experience here moves you to the top of the list)
Requirements

Non-negotiable:

Advanced, hands-on Go High Level experience (we verify this — see application step 2)
Daily practical use of AI tools in real work
Prior VA experience with at least one professional reference
Professional written and spoken English
Reliable internet and a device that runs GHL, Canva, and video calls

Bonus points:

Appointment-setting or lead engagement experience
Background supporting a health coach, nutritionist, or wellness brand
Professional-level Canva and Instagram content management

How to Apply:

Step 1 — Video introduction (60–90 seconds). Tell us who you are, your GHL and VA background, and why this role specifically.

Step 2 — GHL proof of work. A short screen recording (preferred) or screenshots of funnels, pipelines, or workflows you built, with a walkthrough of what it does and why you built it that way.

Step 3 — AI proof of work. One concrete example of a task you completed with Claude or Manus — the task, how you used the tool, and the output.

Step 4 — Professional reference. Name, contact info, and context for someone who can speak to your VA work.

Step 5 — Answer this. Describe a time you spotted a problem in a business you supported and fixed it without being asked. Problem, action, result — under 150 words.
